TEC investigates the cause, origin, and extent of building damage and collapse due to snow, wind, deterioration, earthquake, explosion, fire, vehicle impact, and water. Those clients typically include subrogation attorneys, insurance companies, building owners, restoration contractors, and homeowners. This practice also includes assessments feasibility and seismic compliance studies

When structural steel connections are “design delegated,” TEC provides engineering for shear, lateral force resisting system bracing, and moment connections for all types of structural steel buildings. We utilize Descon, RAM Connection, and custom “in-house” developed software.
