CONCRETE INVESTIGATION

TEC investigates cause and original and provides repairs for damage to concrete from deterioration, thermal expansion, and shear and bending failure. TEC will also provide routine walkthroughs of your concrete structure to evaluate for maintenance needs. Our work on the repairs for a six-story concrete frame building won the 2019 American Concrete Institute of Maryland’s Award for Concrete Restoration.
