When Oliver Brewing Company moved from their limited Pratt Street location to an old 12,000 sq. ft. ice packing facility in east Baltimore, they chose TEC to provide structural engineering services for the adaptive reuse of the building. Our services included the design and analysis of the keg storage area, trenching and underground piping system for the brewing, fermentation, and kegging areas, roof top equipment support including big ass fans, and bracing systems for the grist case.
